Using the site

You may read, share links to and enjoy NewsVaultHQ content for personal, non-commercial use. Please use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm it or other users.

Intellectual property

Articles, branding and original material on NewsVaultHQ belong to NewsVaultHQ or its content providers. Some images and data belong to third parties and are used with permission or under licence.

Using our articles and media

You may quote short extracts with a clear credit and a link to the original story. Do not republish full articles, images or other media, or present them as your own, without our written permission.

Prohibited misuse

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its staff areas, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or use it to mislead others.

Accuracy and developing stories

We work to be accurate, but news can change quickly, and some stories — particularly breaking news and transfer reports — may be updated as more is known. Sports scores, fixtures and tables come from a data provider and may be delayed or contain errors. Content is provided for general information and is not professional advice.

If you send us tips, feedback or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it for reporting and replying to you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

External links

We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, NewsVaultHQ is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, or from the site being unavailable.

Changes

We may change the site, these terms or our services at any time. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
